Improving the mind, body, and spirit through Shaolin Wushu

Join Shifu Pame Bradford, accredited Master of Shaolin Kung-fu (gongfu) 少林功夫, to benefit from over 30 years of experience in either private or group sessions.

Training can improve your motor skills, flexibility, strength, discipline, balance, and self-confidence under a supportive , friendly, and safety-minded instructor.

Private and group sessions available.
